If you have Windows 95 and you are experiencing problems loading or running The Ultimate Troubleshooter, then do as follows :

1. Download and install all 3 files below, one after the other. Restart your PC whenever prompted to.
   These files are all Microsoft add-on features, directly from the Microsoft website.
    
2. After the last file has installed, restart your PC if you were not prompted to restart it.
    
3. Try running The Ultimate Troubleshooter.
   If you still have problems, de-install it through the "Add/Remove Programs" in the Control Panel, reboot, and then re-install it - it should now work.
