Last week I wrote about The Ultimate Troubleshooter (TUT) available at atwtut.com. The good folks there sent me a registration key to access additional features including a Housekeeping utility that allows you to delete temporary Internet files for IE, Mozilla and Firefox, clear IE's history, delete temporary files and document history, and clear the histories in any browser. You can move all files to the recycle bin or permanently delete them
– on my machine, running this task opened 325MB of space.
I am so impressed with this software that I'm awarding it this column's first Gold Star, indicative of software that carries my highest recommendation and which you should not do without. TUT
is just about the best program I've come across on the Internet.
