There are a few differences depending upon what realm you are in.  Your realm is signified on your Account Configuration Worksheet. If you dial into Exeter, Dover, Portsmouth, Durham, UNH, Laconia, Concord or Plymouth then you need to use the NH settings.  If you dial into any other MA POP then you need to use the MA settings.
